Capsule was engaged to design the 95-slide flagship presentation, distilling the new strategy and complex financial modelling into a cohesive narrative for the global analyst community. The presentation served as the primary vehicle for the executive team to articulate their "Recipe for Profitable Growth" during Investor Day.

In collaboration with ACT's investor relations and strategy teams, we developed a visual hierarchy to distinguish between two components of the growth engine: "Amplify the Core" (which includes Fuel, Nicotine, and Thirst) and "Invest in More" (encompassing Food, Private Brands, Network, and e-Mobility). The first component accounts for a substantial share of revenue, while the second represents opportunities for future growth. This narrative was reinforced by a dedicated focus on the "Enablers" —the technology, data, and supply chain capabilities that ground the strategy in operational reality.

To deliver immediate value, we developed a high-impact visual framework showing how ACT continues to "Beat the Market" in its foundational "Core" categories. By employing straightforward data comparisons, we highlighted competitive advantages across Fuel, Nicotine, and Thirst. The design translated global procurement scale, the Circle K brand advantage, and the strategic transition to Other Nicotine Products into a clear narrative of market leadership. These proof points moved beyond high-level strategy to demonstrate ACT’s performance and future category strength.


To highlight the next phase of growth, we created a visual journey for the "More" categories: Food, Private Brands, e-Mobility, and Network Development. We ensured that the full-service mobility destination was clear and compelling. Key features included a dedicated framework for the "4 Growth Pillars of Food", the evolution of the private brand offer, and ACT's leadership in the European EV sector. We concluded each pillar with a "What Success Looks Like" scorecard that transformed long-term goals into measurable operational wins.


Strategy is only as effective as the systems that power it. We created a clear and cohesive "Enablers" section that illustrates how ACT’s digital and physical assets work in tandem. Through sophisticated system diagrams and graphics, we showcased the opportunity and data-driven supply chain that supports every site. By simplifying complex technical infrastructure into intuitive visuals, we demonstrated how ACT’s Digital, Data, and Technology form an ecosystem that enables Core + More.

The presentation concluded with a clear roadmap for creating long-term value. By combining rigorous financial modelling with elevated design, we helped the executive team articulate a "Recipe for Profitable Growth" that was both technically accurate and visually compelling. We visually transformed financial forecasts into a growth algorithm that clearly outlines the path to achieving the company's financial targets. Each target was supported by data visuals that illustrated performance, ensuring the vision was calibrated, measurable, and understood.
